Nothing on your project slips by.
Day-to-day watch over documents, correspondence and deadlines. Kairos reads the flow, prepares the responses and lays down dated evidence at the right time.
Let’s talk about your projectThe problem
-
Every day the project produces more letters, minutes and notices than a team can read.
-
Contractual reply periods keep running in the meantime.
-
And you find out too late that silence counted as acceptance.
The model
A project file holds like a register: every item enters dated, and seals those before it. You do not rewrite the past, you append to it.
- receiptthe date is authoritative, it comes from the server
- digesta signature computed over the item’s content
- chainingeach digest includes the previous one
- breaka removed or substituted item breaks the sequence, visibly
- append-onlyyou add, you never modify
- exportthe chain verifies without us, with a standard tool
Functions
-
Queryable
The file answers a question asked in plain language
« What did we receive from this package in May, and what did we reply? » The agent reads the repository and names the items, with their receipt dates. No more digging through mailboxes.
-
Collection
Correspondence arrives on its own
Shared mailboxes and project folders. No re-entry, no manual forwarding to forget.
-
Timestamp
The receipt date is the server’s
Not the one anyone remembers, nor the one on a copied file. It is the first thing disputed, and the simplest to establish.
-
Chaining
Each item seals the one before it
Removing an item, or slipping one in after the fact, breaks the chain. The break is visible without having to trust anyone.
-
Deadlines
Correspondence that starts a clock is flagged
Site instruction, formal notice, reservation: the clock starts on the day of receipt, not the day someone notices.
-
Escalation
Nothing contractual is concluded without a human
The engine prepares the file and proposes a qualification. Accepting it is a decision, and it is logged as one.
-
Draft
The reply is already written when you open it
Kairos drafts a reply from the documents in the file. You correct it and sign, or you discard it. Nothing goes out without you.
-
Progress
The gap between planned and actual comes to you
Progress reports are set against the schedule in force. When a milestone slips, the alert comes with the document that establishes it.
-
Local
Items never leave your machines
The repository lives on your hardware. Nothing is sent to a third-party service for analysis.
Against current practice
| Current practice | With the engine | |
|---|---|---|
| Finding an item | dig through everyone’s mailbox | ask the question in plain language |
| Where items live | in individual mailboxes | in the project repository |
| Receipt date | the one remembered | the server’s, timestamped |
| Integrity | a file can be replaced | any tampering breaks the chain |
| Deadlines | spotted on reading, if read | flagged on receipt |
| Qualification | in the head of whoever reads | proposed, validated, logged |
| Data | passes through a third-party service | stays on your machines |

What the engine does not do
It does not state the law. It flags that a clock is running and prepares the item. Legal qualification is a lawyer’s work, and the engine is built to refer you to one rather than stand in for one.
It monitors no one. It processes project correspondence, not people’s activity. No measure of who writes, when, or how often.
It does not replace contractual acknowledgement. It establishes what you received and when. The forms set out in the contract remain the forms set out in the contract.
