Cabestian OS, configured for your practice.
We audit how you work, build your engine from the Cabestian OS components that serve your project, deploy it on your infrastructure and train your teams.
Let’s talk about your projectThe problem
You have seen the demos. What you are looking for is the one that tells a site instruction from a set of minutes, runs on your own network, and is still there in the project’s last month. That is the brief we set ourselves.
The model
You are not buying access, you are installing an engine. The difference shows the day the contract ends.
- auditwe establish whether a tool is needed before proposing one
- basethe same bricks we deploy elsewhere
- your sideinstalled on your hardware, on your network
- customthe missing part is built on the same frame
- handoveryour teams can hold it without us
- contract endthe installation stays and keeps running
The approach
-
Audit
We look at how you actually work first
Where time goes, what data already exists, what grinds. Before proposing a tool, we establish whether one is needed.
-
Bricks
We assemble what already exists
Chronos, Kairos and Alètheia run on the same base. A deployment takes the bricks that fit your case, not the catalogue.
-
Deployment
On your machines, not ours
The engine installs at your end. Your project data does not leave your network to be processed.
-
Custom
What is missing gets built
When no brick answers, we build the missing module on the same frame, not a throwaway script that dies with the assignment.
-
Training
Your teams hold the tool
A tool nobody can take over is a dependency in disguise. Handover is part of the deployment.
-
Reversibility
The installation stays, with or without us
No expiring key, no remote service to switch off. What is deployed keeps running.
Multi-module engine
Against a software subscription
| Subscription platform | With the engine | |
|---|---|---|
| Agent-readable | screens, made for humans | addressable data an agent can read |
| Where data runs | at the vendor’s | on your machines |
| Adaptation | you adapt to the tool | the tool adapts to the project |
| What is missing | a feature request, someday | built on the same frame |
| Skill | vendor support | your teams trained to hold it |
| Contract end | access stops | the installation stays |
| Cost | per user, per month | at deployment |

What we do not do
We do not sell a platform. There is no portal to rent and no seats to count. If an off-the-shelf product fits, we will say so rather than build alongside it.
A tool does not fix an organisation. If the problem is a decision chain, no deployment will correct it. The audit is there to establish that first.
We do not take over your decisions. We equip those who run the project. Direction stays yours, and so do the calls.
